Merchants of fine wines, restaurant, deli, bar and gallery based in Cliftonville, Margate, Kent.
Umami explosion of a sauce, made using blood orange and hand-harvested Margate seaweed in addition to our secret chilli oil recipe.
Medium heat strength - balanced out with the sweetness of the blood oranges.
We use it on almost everything, especially on buttered toast in the mornings.
Label designed adapting one of my (Minnie’s) great-grandmother’s (also called Minnie) paintings. It hung in her house and reminds me of coming in from her allotment garden with fresh produce and herbs to cook dinner alongside her.
Warning, it’s addictive!
Contains: sesame seeds

Bottled during its wild fermentation, this dry cider is naturally sparkling (petillant).
