The 12 days of Christmas’ feast. 
This Christmas Annie Nichols is holding two, very special Sunday supper clubs at Urchin Wines.

In a festive build up, Annie will be teasing us into the Christmas spirit gently and warmly.

Starting at 2pm for a long afternoon, we'll dine, and sing our way through a slightly alternative, 12 Days of Christmas, with 12 theatrical courses of delicious, festive joy!

Food theatrics are sure to take centre stage as Annie works her magical culinary spells, paired with wines and other alcoholic delights from us.

We’ll have haggis, neeps and tatties, possibly deep fried Mars bars, Arbroath smokies and other wondrous Scottish delights.

We are so excited to welcome the duo, ‘Scotch + Ginger’ otherwise known as Margates wonderful Lisa Jayne Harris & Duncan to Urchin for the whole of November!

TACOS! Arguably the best communal food and a bloody good challenge for us to pair wines to.

Pickled Cod tacos, chicharrones, mezcal drunken beans, seitan tacos, braised pork taco, fish ‘n’ chip taco, salsa macha for days and the very special Walpole bay rice featuring homemade sea salt and dehydrated seaweed (it’s out of this world), apple crumble taco and much more....

“A food writer and a chef with numerous supper clubs and large-scale events under their belt, they're passionate about good food and good times. Scotch might not always wear a kilt, but Ginger is always ginger.

Based in Margate, we're a supper club where you can expect all the delight of a restaurant tasting menu, but with the relaxed, pass-me-the-wine feeling of dinner with friends (plus plenty of second helpings).” Scotch + Ginger

Paired wonderfully with our wines, leaning towards the Alsace.
