Sorelle Bronca – Modi – Glera - Italy

Founded in the Mid 80’s by the Bronca sisters. Their Grandfather originally had a small row of vines (which he farmed for fun) and they initially worked with them but have since gone on to grow the estate, bringing in new viticulture techniques.

Modi is made from the Glera grapes, grown on clay and sandstone soil, which are then fermented in stainless steel for 30 days to give you a very fresh and clean Proscecco.

Carolina Gatti – Bolle Bandite – Glera, Tokaj - Italy

Carolina Gatti is a huge name in Italy’s natural wine scene. Not only is she a wine maker, but also organises a huge natural wine festival in Verona.

She blends in 2 grapes to make this wine. Glera being the main grape and the second is Tokaj, which is not allowed to be officially blended to make Prosecco. So this wine is called Bandite.

Gilda Musetti- Il Torchio – Stralunato – Vermentino - Italy - 2016

Natural wine from the other side of Northern Italy near Genoa.

Vermentino is usually a soft delicately flavoured wine.

Made very much like red wine but this is white! One pressed, the juice is left to ferment with the grape skins for 2 weeks to extract us much flavor as possible.

Unlike any Vermentino we have had before.

Anastasia Mancini - Asinio – Carussin – Barbera D’Asti – Barbera - Italy - 2013

This wine comes from the Piemonte region of Italy, in an area called Asti. Barbera can sometimes be a dense and difficult wine, but Asti has the benefit of a slightly higher altitude, so it is able to grow a lighter more approachable wine. Especially when you compare it to its more famous Nebbiolo sister. The winery started in the 20’s and has remained in the same family. Now practicing organically and bio-dynamically. Anastasia has always been passionate about donkeys and now coordinates the Donkey owners association…

Bruna Ferro - Podere Della Filandra – Chianti – Sangiovese - Italy - 2016

Grown at 500-600 meters of elevation and amongst olive trees, this is a really pure expression of a classic Chianti. The winery has been in the same family since the turn of the 19th century and is now run by Bruna. Once pressed, the juice is kept in cement tanks for 6 months and then in bottle for 6 months before release.
